"Not as comfy as I expected"
I really wanted to like this, but the fabric started feeling kind of scratchy after wearing it for a bit, and the fit just wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped. It looks decent, but I expected it to feel a lot softer. When I asked about it, the response made me feel a little talked down to, which made the whole experience more disappointing

"Quick help with my sizing issue"
I mainly just cared about getting the sizing sorted, so I can’t speak to every little detail, but support got back to me really quickly and fixed the issue without making it complicated. Super easy experience overall.

"Pretty good for the price"
I feel like I got a good deal for what I paid. The price was fair, and the quality was actually a bit better than I was expecting. I didn’t come away feeling ripped off or anything. For the money, I mean... yeah, I’d probably buy it again.

"Exchange took a little time, but ended well"
I had to swap my leggings for a bigger size, and the return process was straightforward. It did take a few days to get a response, which was a little slower than I hoped, but everything was handled properly once they got back to me. The new pair arrived in good condition and fits so much better. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but I felt taken care of and I’d feel confident ordering again

"Good delivery, but I got a bit nervous after paying"
I ordered from echt.com.au and the delivery was mostly fine, just a little slower than I hoped. After I paid, I did get a bit uneasy because I wasn’t sure how legit everything was until the tracking came through the next day. The parcel arrived in about a week, and while the box looked a bit beaten up, the clothes inside were all okay. I’d probably order again, but not if I needed something quickly.
